Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Crider AI platform through the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our templates, all sales are final once access is granted.
When you subscribe to any Crider AI plan (The Guard, The Shield, or The Fortress), you are immediately granted access to digital templates, telemetry data, and documentation tools. Because these digital products are delivered instantly upon subscription activation, we are unable to offer refunds for any billing period in which access has been granted.
Billing
All subscription plans are billed monthly in USD. Charges on your statement will appear as CRIDER AI.
- The Guard: $199.00 USD per month
- The Shield: $399.00 USD per month
- The Fortress: $699.00 USD per month
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, such as a verified technical failure that prevented access to the Service for an extended period, we may issue a prorated credit at our sole discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the billing date.
