By accessing or using the Crider AI platform ("Service"), operated by Crider Law / Crider AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Crider AI provides weather-verified legal telemetry data, attorney-drafted contract templates, and automated documentation tools for restoration and construction professionals. Crider AI is a software/telemetry provider, not a law firm. Information provided through our platform does not constitute legal advice.
3. Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans billed in USD. Current plans include The Guard ($199/mo USD), The Shield ($399/mo USD), and The Fortress ($699/mo USD). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Charges on your statement will appear as CRIDER AI.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. Due to the digital nature of our templates, all sales are final once access is granted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, data, and software provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Crider Law / Crider AI. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their business operations only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crider AI provides telemetry data and templates on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any data or templates for your specific situation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to lost profits, claim denials, or legal disputes.
8. Disclaimer
Crider AI is a software/telemetry provider, not a law firm. Our contract templates and documentation tools are provided for informational purposes. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney before relying on any legal documents or strategies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kerr County, Texas.
